Information We Collect

BHI Thursdays (722 Foods LLC) collects information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, reservation details, catering details, event information, and messages submitted through our website, forms, or communication channels.

Our website may use standard analytics and event tracking to understand how visitors use the site and to improve reservations, catering inquiries, marketing, and guest support.

Google OAuth and Google Business Profile Data

The BHI Thursdays public website and internal admin app may use Google OAuth to let authorized BHI staff connect Google Business Profile data for BHI Thursdays.

Google data may include the Google account identity needed for authentication, Business Profile account and location information, reviews, posts, and performance or analytics metrics for the connected Business Profile.

This data is used only for internal restaurant administration and marketing dashboards, including monitoring profile health, viewing reviews and posts, preparing manual marketing actions, and measuring local discovery performance. We do not sell Google user data or Business Profile data.

Access tokens and refresh tokens may be stored securely on our server to keep the integration connected until access is revoked or removed.

Limited Use

BHI Thursdays' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google API data only to provide and improve user-facing or staff-authorized features described in this policy, and we do not transfer Google API data for advertising, unrelated analytics, sale, or any use not permitted by Google's policies.

Sharing and Retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the website, admin app, analytics, communications, reservations, catering follow-up, or internal restaurant systems, and only as needed for those purposes.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for restaurant operations, legal compliance, security, support, and internal reporting.

Your Choices

Authorized users can revoke Google access through their Google account permissions or by contacting BHI Thursdays. You may also contact us to request deletion of data associated with your request or connected Google Business Profile access, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
